Watch an Inspiration each day to reprogram your brain to think in positive new ways. If a particular issue is troubling you, look for that topic and watch the appropriate Inspiration at least three times a day to replace old negative thoughts with positive new ones.
The more often you watch the Inspirations, the more effective they will be!
