Inspirations are short (only a minute or less) video affirmation-meditations. Once you sign up, they will be delivered to your mailbox every day or so.
Affirmation-meditations are used to reprogram our brains to think in positive ways, by replacing our old habitual negative thoughts with positive new uplifting messages. These new messages will soon become familiar and accepted parts of the way we think, which, in turn, will become the reality of how we live our lives, and ultimately, who we are.
For best results, try to watch each Inspiration at least three times a day, and then repeat the words to yourself whenever negative thoughts come into your mind.
The more often you repeat an Inspiration, the more effective it will be.
As we develop these short Inspirations videos, we hope to index them by topic, so you can find the specific messages you need, when you need them most.
